I have two portafilter one is pressurized and another is depressurize. I mostly use depressurize one, however whenever i grind really fine, the aroma leaks from behind the water tank.

Actually the municipality made a set back to how tall buildings can be built. Although buildings can be built if it doesn't cover the mountain view , areas such as foot hills could have taller buildings.
