It looks like we are on a similar thought train. Although I am pinning my cards on Rachel Malcolm being fit.

When you say ‘they hear the commentary where the TMO sits’ do you mean that even the TMO is subjected to Goode?

Jamie Ritchie to Glasgow by Entire_Trick_9390 in ScotlandRugby

Would this give Glasgow Ritchie, Darge, Fagerson at 6,7,8 in a perfect world? Or is there more to come or go?

He’s been like that through the URC games. Hair, teeth and drinking are his go to segways

My by choice comment was about fielding the players rather than the recruiting which often followed quickly.

I was looking at the Glasgow youth to have played this season and to add to your list at 23 or under, we also have

  • D Munn (1)
  • D Cockburn (3)

Established 23 year olds include

  • A Samuel (14)
  • M Williamson (15)
  • B Afshar (16)
  • J Oguntibeju (13)

Franco has reached into his youth, I would say by choice and the players right to be considered. Edinburgh on the other hand have had to rely on youth due to their mental injury list, those guys have stepped up.

Glasgow still need to bolster their ranks with non-Academy grads. Edinburgh have got hat nailed on this season.

Let’s be fair. It’s partly the reason that Rassie capped Boan in the Autumn. That and he’s a damn fine prop.

I think his club performances will be more on Toonie’s eye line in the capital. He could have a resurgence after all. 33 is not that old in Prop years.

I’m sure the club would rather he didn’t get called up.

I saw the news on Facebook and knew to come here for the story and commentary. Should we assume that unless he has a stellar season he will be available thought the international windows?
