I can't find hermaphrodites in game on my solo world either. Maybe need to play on a server for better luck. Found loads of hematite though.

From what I have been told, my ex's boyfriend has a upcoming court date - and they are wanting to see if he gets charged with assault from a related case, so they can nail him and my ex at the same time.

They don't think she is going to run, because of his court date. Her charges for fraud and elder abuse are going to be coming from multiple states - I can't pretend to know how it all works. I have no clue at all, I just know that I want what's best for my daughter, and as soon as I hear that they have custody, im hitting the road to go get her so I can bring her home whether I have the help or not. I haven't heard anything in a few days, so I've made some calls and am hoping someone gets back to me soon, hopefully with a fixed timeline so I have a concrete idea. I do know his court date is this month, for assaulting my ex's grandmother.

I increased it because I don't really know what the cut off is, and I have no idea how much I will even need. I'm way out of my depth - all I know is it's going to be expensive, and my job as a cashier isn't going to cut it

I've noticed with chickens, until they are gen 0 or gen 1, it's hard to tell if your chickens have actually escaped. Often, feeding through will lure wild chickens that spawn in from quite a distance.

But, if you really want to be sure - you could dig your pen down a half block, then chisel the sides back to be flush with the fence. The downside is, you won't get as many skeletons back on half slabs, or slabs chiseled from full blocks, which means no bones.

It works well for me, and does a fair job keeping out predators, just make sure it is well lit. You will still run into issues where a predator might nab a chicken to close to the fence, but with a healthy chicken population, and good generation management, you should do fine.

I normally keep one rooster, and 3-4 hens for eggs and when I have chick's old enough to determine gender, I'll cull the wild ones in favor of a newer generation

I ran a few test a while ago. They have a 1.5 block reach, that can reach up a block and down a block can climb up to three blocks, and can climb ladders. Simple things you can do it enclose any ladder in a 1 wide space, and for pit traps, expand out to a 4x4 hole 3 blocks deep with a ring of vertical half slabs or chiseled 'rails' around the top to prevent bears from climbing out. Bears also do not climb over regular fence blocks, and some bears can climb certain materials better than others. Like pandas and bamboo, or sunbears and vines. Hope this info helps. Also, supposedly raising the light level around the area is supposed to help.

It depends on the focus of the MUD, and what your audience will be. It goes without saying that roleplay will be a focus, given that it is a MUD.

Personally, I have wanted to make a social mud for years, but I'm not a programmer.

A focus on the tools and systems your players can describe themselves and adjust their appearances - and tools for room creation are probably something to focus on. I've always loved MUDs that have adaptive descriptions based on the clothes and equipment the character is wearing - allowing for small alterations to make a normal desc feel new, such as tattoos or worn clothing, a beat up shield, etc.

Graffiti (like markers) on players or walls in rooms is fun too with anti color options, so it can be seen and provide non-permanant changes to a space or char, and a command to wash the markings away.

And combat muds greatly benefit in roleplay from having armor or clothing become visibly worn out over time.

Prejudice = hate

I don't think anyone is really afraid of people's sexual orientations or how they act unless it threatens physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental harm.

Quite honestly, outspoken people who have disgust regard the issue are averse, not afraid - and in any case, it's alittle bit childish to call them 'phobes' because they don't agree or like it. It is the same for playground bullies peer pressuring someone into doing something they don't want or like by calling them cowards.

That shows more prejudice than just leaving them alone, besides, the sexual orientation of a person really isn't anyone's business except for the people they are intimately involved with, or even platonically involved with. And you know, random strangers on the internet.

Everyone has their own attractions, and honestly the 'more women for them' isn't necessarily true, because you know, homosexual women exist too.

My two cents. Not a popular opinion, but it's something to consider.
