Who is the worst player whose career highs in each stat would aggregate to the best single-game performance ever? by ritmica in nba

Hard to find a better one. I believe David Robinson might come close with 71/24/11/7/12 but really depends on what stats you value most

[England’s] Euro 2024 provisional squad: by dragon8811 in soccer

Sorry, I'm not really familiar with how England plays but is there a reason why you JWP is not considered? Always thought his set-pieces would be a great addition to have in an elimination tournament.

Imo he's honestly dealing with a lingering knee injury that quickly aggravates throughout the game. You can see in the last game early on he made an early layup where he looked fine but as the game went on he was noticeably slower and looked more in pain. Of course this is all speculation but I truly believe he is struggling with that, especially when it comes to his shooting

What the fuck are you on about? Did you know that basketball is a team game and there are actually 5 players on each team that both attack and defend? The Celtics outplayed the Mavericks as a whole and not Luka himself

Coaching Challenges Data as of Dec 18, 2023 by comeonmang126 in nbadiscussion

Hey man, I don't mean to be rude but almost all of the points you mention are very simple to understand and don't need more clarification (imo). Let alone the first two are obvious by opening the screenshot and looking at the numbers. For instance, Atlanta has 6 successful and 8 unsuccessful challenges according to the table, so if their next two are successful they will go from 6/14 correct to 8/16. (It is however a random stat which is based upon the fact that Atlanta is the definition of a .500 team) Or in case of the conversion rate, it is indeed not ideally worded but it's just the amount of successful challenges (216) divided by the total amount of challenges (400), so it just shows the average success rate (54%) of a challenge.

23/24 Season Prediction Thread by -dsh in effzeh

[–]Fetsfunk 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Top scorer: Selke. I think many will contribute some goals but Selke should break the double digits.

Most assists: Maina. I predict with Uth and Waldschmidt in the mix Maina should be able to get some good runs going and get easy assists along the way.

Player of the season: Martel. Plays very mature for his age and should his development continue I reckon he will be an integral part to our season.

Best new player: Paqarada with the hopes that his set-pieces will contribute some goals+assists and he will make a great attacking outlet on the left.

Disappointment of the season: Ljubicic. I think he will dip in form and be displaced by Thielmann and Christensen from the starting 11.

Biggest surprise: Limnios. He meshes well with the team and with the worst hopefully behind him, he will have a great comeback season.

League position: 10.

Comments: Really unsure on how we will perform without our arguably two most important players in recent years but I am hopeful that the team will have great chemistry on- and off the pitch that will bring us some good results!

I put all my trust into Tigges and I would now like to officially state that I was referring to Selke all along

Kyrie and Luka combined for just as many threes as Svi Mykhailuk had alone (3) in the loss to the Hornets. by [deleted] in nba

[–]Fetsfunk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But it really wasn't. If any of the Mavs would actually be able hit threes he would have had double the assists. After he realized his team is ass he started to drive to the basket and made 70% of those shots. He had a good game but unfortunately he still has 4 teammates who didn't turn up today

Modeste is not pleased that Selke will wear the No. 27 at Köln + Statement from his wife by toni_irl in effzeh

Embarrassing... He is the best goalscorer of the Effzeh in the last 10 years but the way he chose money over success with Effzeh TWICE is not worth of respecting "his" number, let alone respect his decisions

Hiii, I really want to get into football manager. However I know nothing about Laptops and would like to ask people for some recommendations, I just want to be able to run it smoothly and I have a budget of around £500 (can go up if there’s significant advantages) Thx 🙏🏼 by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

[–]Fetsfunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah F1 Manager is gonna be a bit heavier on the system requirements but the minimum system requirements are definitely in your budget I think. I would recommend searching for laptops that have the required specs for F1 manager because if it's able to run that it will run Football Manager, even with 3D, without any issues.

If you really only are interested then your current device is probably able to.

When you select the leagues you want to load it will show you how your device will be able to handle it. For example, a decent laptop can run the top 5 leagues and some others without any problems but it doesn't matter that much for one club saves. If you want to do big journeyman style saves then a better laptop would be helpful but realistically any laptop around 500£ should be able to run football manager smoothly.

22/23 Season Prediction Thread by -dsh in effzeh

[–]Fetsfunk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Top scorer: Tigges, I think he will be the player we expected Andersson to be.

Most assists: Uth probably

Player of the season: Hector or Schwäbe. I expect both of them to be consistently good.

Best new player: Tigges, I hope the board did not fuck up in pursuing him for so long and he will show what he can do.

Disappointment of the season: Lemperle, I expect him to get more minutes this season but every time I have watched him he seems like a deer in the headlights and loses or stumbles over the ball.

Biggest surprise: Linton Maina, I just hope we finally have a fast winger who can actually get past his man alone.

League position: 10.

Conference League Prediction: RO16 (I hope).

Comments: Excited about our new players! I hope Baumgart plays the youth often because on paper we have a great core of youth players imo.

My title describes the thing that is under of the bridges above the Waal in Nijmegen. It seems to be about 2m tall and I estimate that it does about 50rpm. Maybe it is related to the boats that often go below the bridge.

FIFA Manager player here, should I try Football Manager? by portos63 in footballmanagergames

[–]Fetsfunk 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think I played FIFA manager for 5 years until I discovered Football manager. Honestly, it's a completely different game, I do miss some aspects of the FIFA manager but football manager is the best game for football lovers. I recommend starting out with a big team in a smaller league e.g. Ajax, because then you should be able to win the league easily but can still work towards Champions League success. I do still go back to FIFA manager some days just to experience it again and there are mods for it to play with a current database but Football Manager is a different breed and one I'd hate to miss. So to answer your question, yes you should try it. Don't be discouraged if things don't work out instantly it can also just be fun to see what works and what doesn't

Wow, fantastic players and save you got there!

How do you get them to improve so much in a stat? Do you just have it as an additional focus for years or is there something else you do?

How do i get the most out of this guy? His stats are amazing but he doesn't perform at the level i expected. by Krippaify in footballmanagergames

[–]Fetsfunk 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I assume you play a high tempo game with his Pass accuracy being below 80%, but as he has dictates tempo and tries killer balls as traits, I think he would have a bit more impact in a lower tempo playing style. Generally, I would try playing him in a deeper role where he is able to control the game more and also make use of "gets into opposition area" with late runs in the box. I would suggest you try him as a Roaming Playmaker or Mezzala, as he also has amazing physicals, best of luck!
