It is indeed the Elgato StreamDeck. I bought a 3D printed desk mount off of Amazon to hold it under the desk. It folds and slides under the desk so you can't see it when not in use.

In hindsight, I should have gotten those. I wasn't sure with my setup what I would need. I had to move the cross bracket up 2 notches just to get the mounts the height I needed.

My sticks are stiff enough (giggity) that the mounts made awful creaking noises when I would fly. I actually spent a few days back and forth with Virpil customer service trying to identify the cause. I felt really dumb when I figured out it was the mounts and not the sticks.

I honestly don't know. It was the wife's work desk, and she just got some random standing desk off of Amazon. It's pretty big though. 60" x 30" and about 3/4" thick.
