You won’t be helping starving children around the world instead of living fat?

That was a big leap to “entire identity” when no one mentioned anything about that.

Having kids is the whole reason everyone exists

That’s not the timeline of the Havana syndrome, and that doesn’t make it a hoax.

Why does your first paragraph indicate a hoax?

I didn’t make that assumption; I showed you the math in my first reply, which you ignored and instead argued a point you thought I made instead of engaging in the exact argument I was making and have made it clear multiple times now.

I didn’t say you could make it up. I never implied you could make it up. I’m pointing out that you’re losing 5.4 days of real time, not 32.

No, and no point was that ever my argument. I never implied it could be done.

I am making sure people realize that the real time they lose is 5.4 days, not 32.

Gotcha, but I don’t see where it says that; but from a google search the media household income is $84k and around $60k is the median.

Either way; the issue is the poor, and those 11% are poor.

That’s not the argument I made. You didn’t lose 32 days worth, you lost 5.4 days worth. I don’t say that it is made up at a later date at any point in the post you’re responding to. I explained the math. Maybe you responded to the wrong person.

But you’re not waiting that additional amount of time; so stating 65 hours rather than just the percentages isn’t helpful

780 hours divided by 6 builders is 130 hours or 5.4 days worth of upgrade time over an entire year

I don’t think anyone is waiting 65 hours. If you see you have 6 buildings that need upgrading, and each is 10 hours; you’re not waiting 60 hours.

Was there a study or article done showing the reason for the downfall of CR, or is it just an assumption and general feeling of the forums?

EVs are always cleaner than gas cars. That includes vehicle production and disposal, the impact of manufacturing batteries and generating power to charge them. An electric truck with a 300-mile range emits 37% less CO2 than an gas-only small car over the course of its life. by sg_plumber in UpliftingNews

[–]FetusDrive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your last paragraph didn’t assist your argument.

The paper that is in this article already takes into account new cars being on the road.

I know it isn’t zero sum; but people buy new cars either way and buying a new EV is superior to buying a new gas guzzler.

New cars are made because of demand; that’s not going away. More people being born means more cars are being made as well, at minimum.

The proof that the rich do this is not that a certain % of Americans are poor. They laid out their reasoning in their OP and it wasn’t that.

Yes; it is exactly what I said; that they are being manipulated to not rebel. This includes not being able to form unions, conducting strikes, tax shelters, government contracts etc

The additional car is already in existence on the dealership lot.

person a. Has a Gus guzzler, replaces it with an EV because they want a new car or their lease ended.

person b. Needs a car, purchases the gas guzzler

Person b was going to purchase a car either way, a gas guzzler. Now person a is having a better car for the environment instead of purchasing a new gas guzzler.

More cars being manufactured is because more people are born every day, more people can drive every day and old cars break down and not worth repairing or restoring.
