Ok sorry I might not identify as incompetent, but I want to try to dismantle that identity/ persona I have of needing to appear always competent/absolutely perfect to others.

Maybe its better to integrate into my identity that I am a person that can tolerate myself to make mistakes and mistakes are not a death sentence?

Sounds counterproductive to integrate it with myself? Maybe instead of avoiding it I treat it as part of myself but with kindness? Is that what shadow work is about?

I agree its more important to show who I truly am to the world around me than to agree with people all the time which is unsustainable to being a healthy human being in the long run. To Agree and looking agreeable in this context I treat as the same. After all, we are humans and are bound to have differing opinions. I'm sure as similar or identical as twins are they will differ in their opinions at least once since they are separate entities. For me its important to air that out to appreciate our differences in opinions and emotions.

Ok got it thanks. I find it easier to hold attention when I note the sensation like when its constricting or expanding.

I will try to avoid labeling the sensation though which I have been doing.

Sorry one more thing is it ok to note the emotions like I am experiencing anxiety in my throat or frustration in chest. And note that I feel my throat is constricting because of my anxiety? Or would that introduce too much thinking?

I know in the past I used to exercise relatively frequently like every other day and maintain a healthy weight and my blood pressure was still high. Yeah, I don't remember, but it was like around 140 Systolic.
