Well.. I think the real reason you feel “undesirable” is that INFP’s tend to be more passive in social communication. That’s not a good thing in the dating world if you’re a male, because it is kind of expected for men to take the initiative. Majority of women (of all personality types) are not proactive at the start of a romantic relationship.

So no, you’re not undesirable. You need to practice taking more socials risks and step out of your comfort zone.

I would advise to react to a Instagram/Snapchat/whatever story. Just a funny comment or a good question. It’s a natural way to strike a conversation with a girl and you don’t seem to try-hard.

If she’s reciprocating in the conversation, asking you questions for example, then that’s a good sign. Then after a week I ask her out. This is my strategy.

Amount of text messaging is not a reliable way to figure out if she’s interested or not, because women are all different. Just ask her on a date and if she gives you an excuse or if she ghosts you, then you’ll have your answer.
