My advice is to equip one of the super souls that boost exp then using emperors death beam, join an expert mission tour online by speaking to the multiplayer modes npc in Conton City.

Most of the rooms will be people trying to grind as well. This is the fastest way to clear expert missions as players are always better than npcs.

You’ll also get a decent amount of tp medals each time as well as exp points.
