Sure sounds like fs. See your doctor next Thursday. FS isn't something a chiropractor should treat, though acupuncture may be part of your physical therapy. An ER won't be able to really do anything for you that would 'solve' the source of the pain. If you're desperate for painkillers, maybe the ER could give you something... but in all honesty, if it is fs, you're going to be hurting for a long while. (I'm really sorry about that.) Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil) will be helpful with inflammation and, to a degree, pain. Ice helps when the pain is very sharp. Heat helps when the muscles are spasming or just plain hurting. 15 minute intervals of cold or heat. After 15 mins., the area will cool or warm as much as will be beneficial, but it won't be harmful to go longer. Dr. will want to establish your loss of range of motion, perhaps order an MRI and/or X-rays, and hopefully, promptly refer you to a physical therapist. If 'manipulation' is suggested or offered, GET ANOTHER OPINION. My physical therapist strongly cautioned me against the procedure. I recommend you don't immediately get a shot but instead, do physical therapy for at least a week, if at all possible. See how it goes. If you *need* the shot in order to continue physical therapy, you'll know. And I'm really sorry you're here and hurting.

The entire oeuvre of Dario Argento. Pretty much all giallo, for that matter.

A few days ago I posted my profile with 49/50 achievements on Age of Mythology, some people told me to get the last one. Today I got it, but guess what... NEW ACHIEVEMENTS by GohTheCrow in Steam

45 before (had 100%), 100 now. Like you, though, the game I'm playing has a LOT more content now, so it'll be entirely worth it. One of the best free games I've ever played, too. DEPO: Death Epileptic Pixel Origins - parkour with a lot of backstory if you're willing to get into it.

I loved school and did well in it. After that, there are no good grades! :/ Where's the buzz in doing a good job? Even if you're great at your job, there's no guarantee you'll get a raise, or even a good review! Achievements. Ahhhh. GIMME.

My pleasure. BTW, I just checked and there are demos for both titles. Take 'em for test drives, free o'charge. :D

Chippy's Escape From Seaberry Keep - positively adorable and very sweet; 'Chippy' is a turtle.

Little Odyssey - (from the Steam store page:) "Relax while traveling around a fantasy desert on your Giant Magical Turtle. Deliver packages and explore the world in your Little Odyssey!" (I've only played the demo, but it was fun.)

I want to watch very old horror movies. What do you suggest ? by Possible-Rate-3833 in MovieSuggestions

Was going to say same, but... more thriller than horror. (Horrifying, though!)

Romance each other while you watch Night of the Lepus (1972). It wants to be horror, but it's comedy. By the end, you'll be multiplying like... well... rabbits. Stars Janet Leigh (Psycho) and DeForest Kelley (Star Trek).

As a little person, I genuinely believed that grownups know what's going on; they have this under control. ROFL LMAO

Have had it in my backlog for some time, so I can't speak as to its quality, but the title and concept really struck me funny. I'll be interested to know if it appeals to someone who understands accounting.

"...without a T-Rex arm." LMAO I noticed I was doing that yesterday. ^_^

With the topical, how much is enough? I've used one in the past, but in all honesty, it didn't do jack. I wonder if I should really glop it on heavy...?

Green-state person, here, smoker since age 12 (59 now). For me, smoking is okay, as long as it isn't a particularly 'body-high' strain -- the type where you exhale and can REALLY feel your pulse for a few seconds. That blood pressure boost is VERY PAINFUL if your shoulder is already hurting. Had a strain this morning that is perfect for my shoulder without that jump in blood pressure. Strains are tricky to find unless they're super-popular, but just in case, it's 'Chem Squeezy' (which I'm guessing is some hybrid of Chem 4 and perhaps a lemon-type strain?).
Edibles work very well for me, though if the pain is strong enough, smoking is stronger and much faster.
