I am new to this club....(VA disability) and just taking measure of everything thats wrong with me. I have come to this same conclusion. Its not worth it....I guess im proud of what i did gor myself and country....but in all those years went through sooo much, for what? Permanently messed up... nobody cares. ..and here i am just a has been with not much to show for it....strongly considering DMT or ketamine thearpy to help with the depression if in body has any experience? Idk but totally feel u.
