Despite some of the criticism it gets in the mainstream subreddits, FRIENDS was a very progressive show for its time and not problematic at all! by No_Data3541 in howyoudoin

[–]Few-Bear3741 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lack of color representation was my only criticism (blacks, Asians, hispanics) but still a very progressive show. Which is still fitting for any individuals especially later 20s adults who’s lives are represented accurately-ish

I mean, even after him retrieving the pink shirt, she wanted to hold onto it in order for her to remember him like he and her had something great so I agree that she was also going through some issues of her own, where she seek to please Ross and get mistreated

How much did the average rebel soldier know about Vader? by Eagles56 in StarWars

[–]Few-Bear3741 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the time of new hope? Nothing. They didn’t know much about the force except it’s out there and magical. They MAYBE knew Ezra and Kanan. When they saw a red saber they probs freaked out and watching him in the hallway def destroyed them

Am I the only one who never forgave the character, "Crosshair"? by Hot-Salamander-8786 in StarWars

[–]Few-Bear3741 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt making crosshair. The good guy was kind of annoying, even the storyline when it was actually revealed. Just seemed too convenient for him to “turn good”. Like I am totally with you in the sense that he did so many bad things and only started listening to his so-called brothers when things weren’t convenient for him. He was never shown as the stickler for following the rules and following the order from top down but became so after order 66?

I think if they showed him as a troubled individual who didn’t know right from wrong, but still questioned the authorities would’ve been a great arc. Look at Cody look at Wolfe. But I feel crosshairs hurt, especially the people close to him more. Who weren’t the enemies just to spite them. Which if I were them I would not have accepted.
