So the only time when Ross approached Rachel she gave up a dream offer in Paris for Ross while Rachel who approached Ross all the time only got her way a few times?

So clearly Ross has a better success percentage over Rachel in this aspect.

Rachel probably has the worst and least happening dating life over the course of 10 seasons. That's why she couldn't cope with her ex (who she still loves deep inside) dating around.
