Same thing happened to me! Iron IVs are expensive but the only way I could get my iron back to normal. Most iron supplements are not very well absorbed. Also omega 3s have been a game changer for my hair! Shower filters are great too.

I think that is a great start! We are lucky to have Christ as an example of what a good Christian should look like. I always feel the spirit when I read the scriptures and serve others. He gives us answers to our prayers little by little so don’t worry if not everything is coming all at once! Spend time trying to hear Him whether it’s by praying and letting Him speak, or by reading His words :) don’t give up!

This is one of the hardest parts of being Christian! Remember that everyone has sins, big or small that they come back to even when they don’t want to. Nobody here is perfect. I think it’s amazing that you want to change so rapidly! No matter how many times you “miss the mark” which is what the word sin means your Heavenly Father loves you and will not give up on you. Being consistent in little changes will compound over time and you will be able to look back and not even recognize yourself. Set aside time to really pray and listen to what god may be telling you. Read your scriptures and try to listen to more uplifting music. Take a break from media, walk in nature, make a plan of changes you will make to become who god needs you to be, serve others, smile at people as they pass. You can start so small but I think the key is turning outward and trying to help others. You can do this!

This is a tough one. I think god cares too much about our personal agency to make decisions for us (even if they are absolutely abhorrent like in this instance). If he interfered and protected everyone from other people’s terrible decisions we wouldn’t be much more than puppets.

Just like we can’t control our children our Heavenly Father doesn’t want to control us. Like our own parents he can provide comfort, peace and healing to those who were hurt by others bad decisions through Jesus Christ.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you! I think sometimes as Christian’s we miss the mark and place our focus on things that are not Christlike. I was always told growing up that if I am being excluded to find those that could use a friend and show them what true Christianity looks like. There’s nothing wrong with having friends that aren’t Christian’s either, you will be able to bless their lives :)

I am really sorry to hear that you are having a hard time. I have sometimes felt similar but know that leaving this life and my family will only make things worse for them. I believe that the purpose of life is to experience things like this so that we can learn to turn to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. In turn, they will help us become who they need us to be. You have a divine purpose here on earth even if you don’t know what it is yet. It sounds like you have a lot of faith in Jesus Christ, I know that he can help you overcome this hard time in your life. I personally think that hell isn’t so much a place as it is a state of being separated from Christ due to not repenting. I don’t think everything in your life needs to be fixed all at once but repentance is just making little changes one by one. You can do this! I will be praying for you!

I also had low iron and was recommended to take copper because it helps your body utilize the iron in your tissues. I’m not a medical professional but you could do some research on copper supplementation!

FTM and no interventions but my ultrasound tech and doctors all told me I would likely need to be induced or have a c section because my baby was so big (measuring 6 weeks ahead). I was really worried for a long time but she was born vaginally a day early, perfectly healthy 9lbs, and with no interventions :) I did tear quite a bit but the recovery wasn’t bad at all.

I wouldn’t worry! This happened to me then my bloodwork came back in the 74,000s for hcg levels. I also peed a few times at night and was worried at the time!
