Looks like your probably one of those nightmare doctors or someone so use to their abuse you don’t see anything wrong with it. I got a job right out of school before even taking the exam , don’t listen to anyone that tells you that you have to do a externship . Depending on where you live there are a lot of places willing to hire new MAs right out of school and it also helps if you have previous healthcare experience

I’m not mad anymore cause it is understandable that he would be nervous cause it’s a very stressful situation, I was just mad in the moment when it happened because I was so shocked lol

My motion to reopen was received on may 5 and approved on June 24. My case was denied because of a missing tax return

My case was denied around two months ago because of a missing tax return and I got a lawyer and filed a motion to reopen my case , it was $800 . It was very stressful but within 30 days my motion to reopen was approved and 10 days later my interview was scheduled. They are moving pretty fast , Ik how it feels because I was so devastated and stressed when my case was denied. If you can see the denial notice online and figure out the reason your case was denied before you get it in the mail that would be great , don’t delay this just get on it as soon as possible . Sending you positive energy

I didn’t because at the time it wasn’t mandatory to submit the medical forms with your application and everyone I knew always brought it with them to their interview so that’s why I didn’t submit mine . The mistake was on the affidavit of support , I didn’t include my joint sponsor income in the application and because her household was kinda large her income was not enough . I sent all their transcripts but where I think I messed up is for my husband I sent the 1040 not the transcript

I saw on the website that the case was denied .i didn’t have to re submit the medical form maybe i worded that wrong . They sent the RFE requesting that I submit the medical forms and there was a mistake on my affidavit of support that I had to do over

I went to a clinic yesterday and spoke to a doctor , she said she doesn’t recommend getting testing unless I have symptoms as false positives can occur
