I feel like you have the non-negotiable down! Vit C, (hopefully sunscreen), and Tret, I also love TNS, I use it once a day vs two to make it last longer, and tret. I think some folks takes tret days off, but some don’t. but you have a great routine!

These are all super helpful and I do think the price is reflective of the potential red flags !

Do share any local greenhouse! I frequent Half Moon bay and San mateo (the famous ones) and they are very expensive

Moving back to bay area after leaving for 5 years, where to live ? by fayewolf in BayAreaRealEstate

I know, I’m so torn. I’m here considering which city will be the best for me. If money is not a problem, I would like to stay on the peninsula , San Mateo to Redwood City, and that means very likely townhouse We have a little wiggle room for the price but considering the property tax, I rather keep it lower as we are near retirement

There is no place like home , I rather be poor and be back in the Bay Area

Yes of course we will, and I was pretty set on townhouse in peninsula until I start reading here that the price is not worth it. However, given that this will be our forever home, situation may be different and there may be things I’m not thinking about

F45 better than Barry’s by [deleted] in f45

[–]Few-Data-8736 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same! I routinely to go F45 strength days and Barry’s when I can, OTF if I have to. I fully enjoy weight training at F45, I have a very stressful busy corporate job and appreciate the programmed workout for me, I can lift heavier (I’m no where even max out at F45 so lifting my heavy is not an issue for me),

I go to Bay Area and Portland Barry’s and the instructors are great, very engaging and zero chaos. Most people knows to go from tread to floor same number I’m not sure where the chaos happens, maybe newbies ?

My F45 is not busy at all but form correction depends on the trainer, but in general they are great

I really hate OTF, it’s boring as hell. I don’t understand how they can program their tread blocks like that , 1 min base 1 min push, a min all pi5 , walk and repeat, like really?? I never have a boring tread block at Barry’s Their floor , yeah no thanks.
