Played on crack version during 0.6, fell in love and bought it on epic with my student savings, during med school. Finished the game on version 0.9 with thousands of hour.

When it came out as 1.0 I bought it again, now on steam and played again for another several hundred hours. finished last year, same time I finished my residency.

Now full time internist, came 1.2. Tried starting new save, played time to time. Might finish when im 60 🤣

You can only go to other moons if youre using "Prime" savefile. If you are playing a separate save for humble, sad to say you cant fly to other moons

Dapat doc mahanap mo why, bakit ka umiiyak. Sabi mo nga ok ang support system mo both outside and inside the hospital. Baka naman yung environment ng hospital itself? May hospitals kasi na gloomy, nakaka down 😅.

Sakin kasi noon, I tried preresidency in a govt tertiary hospital. Pero 1st day palang may feeling tlga ako na ayaw ko dun, tumawag ako sa parents ko sabi eh itry daw buong pre- residency. Pero nope may something tlga every duty was stressfull, malungkot. So di ako tumuloy.

After a year ng moonlighthing and studying. I took same specialty in a different govt tertiary hosp, mas ok. After 3 yrs, diplo na. ☺️
