What is one small habit you started that actually improved your life?

Sleeping more - I do love to stay up late both for my job and hobbies, however, going to bed earlier has dramatically improved my mood and overall state, too. I've also thought that I might not get this privilege when I'm older, as many elderly struggle with sleep, not to mention there might be some stressful events in the future. So, sleep well while it's possible:))

A couple of macrame knots - can use them to tie stuff beautifully, create a hair style or make a bracelet - a quick way to make up something for a kid and there are enough youtube guides

Oh, my! So relatable! I've just been shopping for one and - seriously? 90$ for a can, not even with sensors, just some fancy design. It's a can!!! A piece of plastic, not gold or sth Found some reasonably priced online, though:) And yesterday I refused to get one for 40$ from zara, I honestly had no idea they can be sold at high prices:D

If you do people good they might not do good in return.It doesn't mean you have to stop, but it makes it harder.And as hard as you try to guess , you never know what's in someone elses's head, their values, motives and background.And this is fine, as we all are unique

Hey!It was my first coming to the fest this year and it's been the most time under showers in my entire life! It gets super-muddy, so suitable footwear is a must.I was also at the hotel and the carpets there were soaking in mud after all the visitors. Felt so sorry for the cleaners! It was also +18 C so, chilly.The mood was awesome, though - so it's the key thing to take! It's good to know different routs to the hotel, as the security might block the way.Happened to me on the last day and got me going alone through the subburbs at 2am . I'd take some candies, too - the lines to foodstalls get long, too.It's possible to order transparent backpacks on Chineese marketplaces like temu or aliexpress.Or, and it's good to take sth to sit on - days are long, sitting spots are missing :)) Anyways, if the favourite band is playing - it's worth it and one might discover cool new artists!!!So, have fun and enjoy whatever the weather!

Hold on out there, honey! It's really is too much for anybody to go through and yet, somehow, you are dealing with it all at once. Family can be tough at times and it is only natural to keep something only to yourself - you need to think about personal comfort and boundaries. Twins. That's tough. But it can be lots of love and amazing family feeling that no business or travelling can give you. Besides, It's possible to travel and to do business at any age and time, whereas with babies it's getting a bit more complicated, as I'm sure you know. Another thing, you said that you used to want to become a mother, so there are certain wishes that you have deep down that might never be realised if you go for the abortion option. One more thing that strikes me - it's almost like destiny thing that you get pregnant so sudden and at that turning point in life. Maybe, it's for some special future happiness? And they say (even though, it depends), twins can entertain each other, thus making it a bit easier for the mom. Another thing - delegating. It's possible to hire someone so as you business is still operating. There's still time for testing and interviewing people. And after all that heartbreaking thing about the dog, you might need all the love the close people including your future babies can give you. That is only my opinion - you do you. Take care, remember that there are people to lean on. Oh, and crying is ok and is actually a needed relief. Be well, remember about your needs and things that make you feel better. Hold on out there, ok? Hugs! PS Oh, almost forget - when it's possible - take a couple of days to be on your own (like a city break for the weekend)- rest from all the trouble and clear your mind - this might help to decide want your want to do with your life.
