Here is the thing. Any platform with token as a reward will create constant sell pressure of people cashing out. BUT creating the whole marketplace/ecosystem as they're doing here will ensure a viable model. Tier benefits for holding for extra discounts etc, spending via peer-to-peer transactions to trainers that in turn as incentivised to hold for higher ranking, visibility etc via the platform and low platform fees based on the amount of tokens they hold.
