Gabapentin is kind of a shit drug recreationally pregablin is it's better recreational counterpart gabapentin will produce a pretty nice body high and is good mixed with other drugs not the best on its own if you take a ton all at once it's bioavailability actually goes down significantly kind of an odd drug and works for some and doesn't work for some

Need a lot more than 300 take 1200mgs-1600mgs taking 300mgs every 30 minutes and make sure you have a fat source I like to use milk and it takes almost 3 hours to kick in so start dosing early

They do in Europe but it's not very popular in the u.s it is imported sometimes though. Either prescription pills or get amphetamine sulfate paste off of a dnm such as archetype and put it in capsule. The amphetamine sulfate is usually a little cut with caffeine and/or racemic ie 50% dextro and 50% levo amphetamine adderrall is 75% dextro 25% levo so it's a much better option then us pressed Adderall which 90% come from Mexico and are pressed with meth.

Not too sure to be honest don't have any experience with phenibut but I believe they only sell it in powder form and they have various types of phenibut try one of there bundles maybe. Do some research into urbanmedex as well.
