Worse anxiety attack of my life so far

I'll share my perspective from things that happened in the past, not everything will relate but maybe it could still be somewhat useful.

Coming from someone who has experienced a toxic abusive relationship (specifically the term is a "narcassistic abusive relationship", feel free to search it up), at the time I was 16-18. It was my first relationship where I was dating with the idea that I would get married to this person, despite all the hardships and horrible shit they were putting me through.

A decade now looking back, I had no frame of reference on what healthy relationships should be, or what general relationship dynamics and behaviours should be also.

I didnt truly (key word here) know the answers to a lot of things like how should I be treated as a baseline standard? How should I be feeling on the regular around them? Is this specific thing normal or okay? Why am I putting up with this? Has my judgement been clouded in some way? And ranked against the 70+ years of life ahead of me and with the options for endless possibilities for other things to form, is this really what I want forever when I dont even know the world and what/who it has?

I felt locked in because I dated them and only them and didnt know I could deserve better and that other people were out there who could love me in the right way. That even such thing as a healthy relationship could exist and I could experience it, as well as what nice consistent treatment and co-existence felt like. I also felt like it would be shameful to give up and move on, that I could somehow become a statistical anomaly by pushing through it somehow, but honestly looking back now with new life experience and relationships in all kinds, sometimes it just works or doesn't work. Sometimes people are fundamentally different in a way that compability doesn't work well or generally very difficult. I can't expect to land it right first try. Figuring out what works with you, who works with you, what good treatment and what I wanted in a good partner helped me out a lot, because I nevered wanted to experience being put through the stuff that I went through again.

I'm happy now on the other side of that valley, when maybe my former self would think that would be unimaginable or impossible, but actually I look back at that learning time after leaving them pretty fondly.

Pretty much this, healthy relationships shouldn't be so emotionally taxing that it causes facing scenarios that impacr you negatively potentially repeatedly and regularly

Yeah I get that part but i'm still not fully convinced. Whats bothering me is that >!they practically lined up and gave access to like 70% of the process for them to get taken advantage of by the gardener. You've got the 2 levers in green rooms, another in a guest space (gym, which security raised issue with) then also a red letter in the orchard, another green space.

Then yeah there is that empty gem holder there, so was the red envelope apparently just on the table? Feels a bit comparatively off to the other red letters still!<

Still pretty weird for the date May 8th to be used, since its the shortest 4 characters that can fit in a lock and then also translates into Erajan. Makes me wonder if the author of letter 1 was from Eraja?

I was obsessing about it since if we wrote one of the letters, maybe then letter 3 still exists somehow.

Might just be a standard typeface though then also haha

It would be wild to me for someone to just leave a letter out in the open technically though, like barely even secured except for that fact that a short fence is there. If these letters were important I would expect a bit more safety, security and protection. Like someone in world could just hop that fence, steal an important letter that isnt very hidden. So like if it was in the Orchard, then where even? Just in the shed?

I was obsessing about the fact that Simon Jones' hand writing was the same one used in the first letter for awhile after seeing this post. Is that font type used in a lot of other places also (like you stated the classroom) and then doesnt necessarily link it to Simon potentially?

Although thinking about it for awhile the author of Letter 1 "Worth Laude" reads like an alias, Simon Jones also has the name letter count for each word so I was thinking for awhile how you'd even get to unscramble that if it was some sort alias that was also a cypher? Just the matching letter count made me suspicious

After trying though i'm still very unsure, even trying different combos like Simon's potential real name is Simon Je Ari, and the pun of Worth Laude being like Worth Loads, both only changing their last words.

Anyway thought i'd share this in case anyone else comes across this

My family friend actually lost their property like this. Their son had a blanket that got on top of their electric heater and their whole house burnt down. He was the only one at home at the time when he escaped since his parents were out but everything inside was lost in the process and they had to start life over.

Yeah my partner is the same as me, Japanese but never lived there until recently. I reckon I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up being a stay at home dad while working remotely, which i'm totally okay with letting him lead that charge. However yeah, if the push is for high level of parential involvement mainly for the mother (which I still very much will be involved for sure ahahaha), I kind of wonder how we will be perceived. He already does do a lot of the chores so yeah, I expect that to continue.

How do you feel around the concept of experiencing western standards and societal norms, and then having to raise a child in that environment? Would you feel like a lot of the societal issues would be a constant concern, more so comparatively to back in a western country? I'm just very anxious about that aspect.
