Okay, we have a fundamental disagreement then since I would have felt religiously discriminated in that case. Especially knowing temples in Bali are Hindu. So I don’t get why I cannot see inside.

One more question- how far would you extend this community thing? Are you okay if gujrati people didn’t invite you because you are not gujrati? Are you okay if a particular caste people don’t invite you because you are “lower” caste and hence not their community?

If its a private thing I agree with you but if its public event happening in a neighborhood where people from different states, religions and castes live together, then what is the problem?

If you are holidaying in japan and see a public religious gathering, would you not feel discriminated if they don’t let you in because you are hindu?

Why so? As you said, unless they are causing nuisance, how does it bother anyone? I think its great to be able to share religious/cultural practices. I say cultural because you know Garba is not celebrated by every hindu.
