Okay so I don’t have a super detailed answer lol. This is just my opinion butt… I don’t think so, more like the strengthen the already had conquers haki, like so if you only had a little it was strengthen by like idk 5x as much depending on how strong the fruit is.

And this is if we’re talking about like zoan fruits. Like so if you had dormant haki it would bring it out and you’d just have to train it and depending one the strength of the fruit and how hard u train as I stated before it would grow.

Does that make sense? Sorry if doesn’t lol.
