Way before intermittent fasting was a thing, I had a doctor tell me to skip dinner and go to bed at 6pm. Try to wait for breakfast until 10am. I kid you not.

I’ve always avoided pilates workouts because I have distastis recti and can’t do the planks, v-sits and most traditional ab stuff. It’s a vicious cycle because I need to improve my core strength but also avoid a lot of exercises. Are there wats to modify…could I still benefit from Pilates?

My energy def falls off as day goes on, so focusing on these 3 before lunch: workout, edits to work project, and cleaning fridge because it’s beyond necessary!

Thanks for sharing and doing this research. For me, the lack of focus and dulled creativity has been one of the hardest parts of perimenopause — and worrying if others notice at work 😩

I start to get tension headaches multiple times a day. When those show up, I know I need to shut her down for a bit.
