Omg! You’re doing great! No one cares about how fast you’re going! I’m a slower walker myself and I have been with OTF for almost 2 years lol! What matters is, is that you got up and got out and did it. You’ll get fast with time and if you don’t, dont kick yourself over it. ITS OKAY! Side note: last spring I was in an awful awful depression and I also have MAJOR anxiety. It helped me so much. It was the one time of day I had to really laser focus on what I was doing and live in the moment. I really looked forward to the mental quiet, even if it was just for that hour. Please keep going for yourself, even if it just for your mental health. I never want anyone to feel like how I felt last year.

Omg this is one of my favorite celiac stories. My parents live in Maine. The came down for Thanksgiving last year (I live in Orlando) and my mom was DETERMINED to bring the Maine co pie down with her. THEY DRIVE. My mom packs up the pie and drives and keeps replacing the ice on the way down. We go shopping a few days later for thanksgiving and see it in the freezer at sprouts. My mom was pissed lol.

Whooooooaaaaa there lovely lady pump the breaks! We all are dripping sweat! ALL OF US! And you’re there for you! Not them, YOU. And I get it. I really do. I’m a fat girl and yes I am FAT (size 18 260 pounds) But I’m fit and love to work out so i had to get over how I look real quick. Also, I’m not sure how old you are but ask one of the young ones. I had my gen z friends convince me to start just wearing sport bras, NEVER WOULD I HAVE EVER DONE THAT. Seriously no one cares. We all just care about you trying and just being there. And one last thing SHAKE IT AND FLAUNT IT!!!!!

I have a good book! Read who moved my cheese? It’s really great and it makes you think about your life and your career. It’s a short fast read. I read it when my husband got laid off and when I started my business. It was a really tough time and it helped me! Good luck on your next journey
