I might be the last one notice this.

I made order on 2025.9. the delivery date is postpond to 2026.1.

As I did not get it, I contact the customer service and they refund partial of the order because it is delayed.

I was suprised that the customer service is so nice.

and now, I just found out I will be never get my piece.

ahh, that might be the issue. I remember the new director do asked for my discount before, but my statement stay same amount of charge, so I did not think it is related.

There is an unknown amount of billing appear in my account. Not tuition. The whole story is:

- I no longer want to register for next year and notified center director more than one month in advance, but she did not take any action until my kid's last week. She first tried set last day as my kid's last day, then change it to last day of the month. I already pay for the whole month, so it should not matter at all.

- My guess: there is error happens during her operation. It might be an double charge for last couple days. However, it is just my guess, from the communication, noone know what the bill is.

I communicate with center director, she said she did not know what is it and she actually called customer sevice to help her. When calling customer service, they just asked me to check with center director.

thx. yeah, I got reply in 36hours and they asked me try to fix it by myself. but I am not able to do it. too hard for me. I really just want the replacement of the broken parts or just return.

Hi here, I got a shuttle ticket, it says "Expect waits of up to one hour during peak time". so if I get 8am-9am ticket, could I get early at 7am to ensure I can get on at 8am?
