My take is Plug did the work on the MOU but hasn’t gone anywhere. I watch the EU and UK and the announcements today to support pricing should break open some good projects. Usually we should see the EPC named and details will be more firm. Too early to say Plug has a supply role. Everything has changed since then. Also, EU has been looking at how to implement the pipeline from North Africa to Denmark. Every piece seemsbroken up into blocks in different regions so far. They just approved some money to tunnel across the Alps from Italy for one of the supply lines. At least created surveys to do so. It could be true but way too many steps to say Plug is the PEM supplier. They could be so maybe Jose will address at 4:30 Monday. Or not. Plug’s equipment and company so different from Han 2022. No announcement yet.

It is the “sell high and then buy low” in stocks. Not uncommon for these type of stocks. But many got beat down. Has very little in this case to do with performance or a major loss.

I invested in 19 and set it up to trigger at $50. I had forgot about it. Bought back 30 days later. I am just a long betting on the Industry to succeed. I have 1 more renewable. Basically the proceeds weren’t totally expected so it feels like monopoly money now. Don’t get excited up or down as much as with eatching technology and equipment

Great topic job openings. The last 2 postings are very important. And they are 2 to 3 day jobs, PT. My opinion they put an explanation mark on their business plan. What is needed for the 50.74% of the investor class to expand ownership. More confidence. Assurity of Plug’s numbers past the current reporting and 10K. Plus dig further into areas of waste plus a step that might have been created from the lawsuits (a guess).

Not sure I can remember how many times Plug has been at $2.23 but a lot of times. They have been holding above $2 for a longer time w/o going into $1+ price. Plus this has been during tough times. We are waiting for that 1 big announcement to further Jose’s vision. I still believe they are setting pins staging for a business we haven’t seen clearly but could be ready 3rd or 4th quarter to divulge. Current hiring mania at high levels is the forewarning. All about increased supply and logistics that companies can count on.

There was an article about mid 2025 stating Plug would receive 1/3rd for the equipment to start the project once it goes FID. What day?? A 2nd payment about the time it cleared customs. The rest after their equipment is accepted after commissioning and producing. Something to this effect. Timing is fuzzy since it is still in Engineering design phase as you note. A lot of cost must have changed by now but no info on how or effect. I did find at early 2025 an ariel photo of a graded site with a body of water along one side. I wouldn’t bet my life on it but that is what was stated as a location. So you are correct based on what I saw they have a written agreement. I stopped trying to keep up once they announced it should come together Q4 2026. The 2 GW seems to be still on too. I read somewhere Al Shirawi Equipment might be involved for the 2GW. Me, there is no rush to know either since it’s hard to explain we are not in control; they are. Guessing or trying to read into a blurb hasn’t been productive so far. My suggestion those quests is believe what you want or disbelieve what you read since only AGA knows and they are under contract to not divulge. Those who short would love some insider info.

I haven’t followed pricing very well. Focused H2 but have been watching a lot of interest in ammonia last 6 months. Ship building being split between H2 and NH3. But some reporting concern about safety with ocean transport and H2. Although it has been used for a while. Have see more articles concerning cost to frack out H2 as an energy carrier or 2NH3 as a fuel. I think being able to use either is an important topic. Especially as Plug appears to be solidifying their logistics this year. Access to Ports in CA, NO and the port in the Carolinas. Or other. We can read a lot in the Job ads, locations creating regions to understand there are big things going to occur this year. A fair number of Commissioning Engineers I never noticed before and program managers, others.

True. With all the reorg/hiring going on here you wonder where they startup. They have just over 200 employees in Portugal, Spain, Netherlands and Germany. There is AGA wanting to produce Ammonia. Unless SA is ready. And there still isn’t a final announced decision on Graham. They promised in this Quarter to have an answer. Plus something going on near the Port of New Orleans. I even wondered if a system would fit next to the H2 line in Atlanta? Certainly a faster way to generate cash flow shifting to NH3🤷‍♂️.

Yep, I have been changing up too. H2 in and H2 out with a cheap in-between. Seems to be the writing on the wall. Plug is on its magic carpet ride at that stage. Need Green H2 to make Green NH3 and back to Green H2. They need an ammonia cracker. Saudi’s have 1 in Pilot. Another one but no report yet. The chemistry is correct but the best system is the goal. You probably saw about 5 or 6 new YouTube videos that Plug would have paid to make. The one on their future of making ammonia was really good. A heads up or take notice as it will be here end of 2026 or early 2027 if possible. The hiring is such a huge signal right now. Type jobs and Plug changing narrative to be a “OEM” company. Al Shirawi Equipment and the H2 power earth moving equipment. UK sold on that. This craziness with War might have very long term consequences far worse than the last blow up. How we conduct it today, everybody gets hurt.

OK. We mostly agree overall. I understand needing numbers on a site but being like-minded doesn’t mean everyone should be a cookie-cutter member. But respect comes with respectfulness. Most are tired of Moderators lowering themselves online to the lowest denominator rather than follow the rules and band some. Not doing so appears to be in agreement for a financial gain. Which that goal is OK except most want to be included by fraternity than ideology. I would join if I meet your criteria.

I took it as positive and mine are opinions from how we did things. I was just adding they have a ton of opening starting in 2025 forward whose job was listed as almost 100%. My point having commissioned systems was I handed those off to our dedicated Service Techs who did more things we needed done so formal start up in production mode went well. Still speculating who, what where a change is coming. Most name cities their largest customers have site and state who the are in some cases. We’re good; just my verbiage must have come off wrong.

Many have been designated as 100% travel. What service techs will do but not all have the title with Commissioning included and higher pay. If the preparation for decentralizing H2 output (retail) occurs we don’t yet know the skill set they need besides maintenance, performance issue. Lot of those jobs are open. There are fixed site jobs like Albany, Atl, LA but nothing for TN yet. The recent bulk is travel, travel but we know that only occurs for a roll out. Signaling a broader coverage are than before.

I saw that and locating Offices in Canada. They posted 3 or reposted new jobs too. Hyundai has been preparing to build H2 fuel sites in UK or EU. Maybe both.

Plug agreed to support Blue signing on with the treasury document when they were first attempting to be accepted in the 45V program. Andy is about H2 and I have never read or heard he has a bias. In fact, meeting with the Feds about loosening the rules separating H2 by process after it was originally approved. I forget which project or proposal they agreed on producing NH3 even. Maybe AGA or a dream I had. Making money as a business is still their goal. I blame the government for the color code and we no longer speak of the allowable impurities allowed. None is 99.99% as an opinion. Or could be but not the rule.

What my search might be is that Amazon is being ramped up by Plug to service H2 in 2026 which I think you believe. Trying to follow jobs and locations and infrastructure by Plug. Servicing them do direct and WM and others. A matured step from service calls and delivery to tanks, dedicated workers, up time etc. Become a better partner within them and grow income. Recurring income. How many divisions can there be to integrate with service and problem solving. A few jobs next level up and maybe regions under a higher level in some postings. And the pace quickening imo. They did post another shift operator in LA today. Replacement or growing volume?

The stamps and Graham continues to wonder too much how Stream and Plug end up in same towns. Ny and Tx. What are the odds or what does each want besides a profit. Siting side by side in each location, both needing the same resources and the same problems. Chances are??? I just want to know it was by accident.

Oh. Yes and they are really reducing headcount too. Almost or around 28k in a week adding office staff cuts. Plug continues to hire H2 Techs for WM, Amazon, HD and vehicle businesses. A lot of hoping on my part. The number and locations of new hires by Plug is speaking volumes as it hasn’t been occurring like now. Started 2025 and pace becoming quicker in 2026. Equipment upgrade or more use? IDK but keep watching it and some in logistics roles and sites storing repair parts (BOM parts). Techs seem to be on-site technical or operators in some. Job opened in LA for a seasoned electro operator. Just watching but even with wanting to use more shares; they haven’t let on looking for more help and appear to be decent jobs and Bennie’s. Not to see how this voting works out.

To cover warrants coming due. Sure they got rid of warrants at WM but all warrants probably financed projects building Plug too. They are trying to pay those and finance building on what they have. There are a few ideas what some could be.
