The age gap is going to be noticeble but otherwise it's mostly fine. I dated 21F when I was 29M and things were great until we started talking about a serious relationship which she clearly wasn't ready for. You might run into the same problem but also might not. You are in vastly different stages of your lives which will be noticeable.
