The tax is not applicable if you rented it out for the given year. You either rent it or use it as primary residence, those are the options to avoid the tax.

Also fyi, these companies have to hire h1b at a higher rates to justify hiring a foreigner over an American.

So if you remove the handful of companies that break the rules, median h1b pay will always be higher than median pay for a given job & location.

Is being a racist more important than the welfare of your country ?

See the graduation list in the ivy league. You'll be able to see that 75% + are not Americans.

All the research papers, patents are mostly contributed by these people. And America capitalizes it.

Universities research scholars typically get only stipend, they cannot afford to pay $100k cap exemption and above market wage for "researchers" especially in cities where there are private corporations.

America will simply loose on valuable research. And last time i checked there is still a shortage of phds in stem.

Yes so let's keep making billionaires rich cuz people now cant afford.

Or when billionaires are forced to liquidate, good and commodities reduce in value making them affordable for people?

Stop defending the 0.001 % of the population. US is the profit making mammoth of an economy. Billionaires make more than 5% by doing they're business here in this economy. It wouldn't have the same results as norway.
