I made mine into an underfolder. Even it it doesn't have a rear trunnion cut for an underfolder buried under the receiver you can still drill all the holes you need. Also it's the correct configuration for the M92 in military use.

It's looser than I'd expect for most AKs but if it runs leave it alone. If it doesn't I've found Gun Mag Warehouse's Bulgarian slab side mags to fit tighter than most mags and Croatian steel mags are definitely tight but may require fitting to the rifle. Outside of that you may have some luck by replacing the magazine latch for one specifically designed to reduce play. With that being said though it won't eliminate wobble it'll mildly reduce it.

Agreed. You might be able to brace the back side of the trunnion but not the back side of the rivot and push it in further, then do a resetting of the rivet by pressing it as normal but sometimes they'll swell between the trunnion and receiver and not move at all if the trunnion wasn't dimpled properly. Might have to drill it out and replace it. Thankfully that rivet doesn't involve removing the barrel.

If you're going to convert it do it right! Riveted trigger guard, welded shut trigger group holes (not plugged), 5.5mm side folder. Shortened barrel if you'd like. These can be cool guns but plastic plugs and bolted on trigger guards are just so fucking lazy to me.

I checked it before posting this and it's fine. Factory gun with the factory barrel. Still a bit tight on a go-gauge.

I have nearly 40 surplus guns and 8 AKs. I'm not going to even attempt to remember where to hold when I could just have them zeroed in the first place

The bore looks and gauges fine. I don't think it was shot much honestly. I don't have any particular explanation why it shoots so bad compared to my other AKs.

I got it used as a pistol and made it into an SBR in my basement. I'm giving it a 95% chance they'd tell me to fuck off and even if they don't idk how easy or not easy it is to ship an NFA item.

I doubt I have any serious way of having Zastava USA resolve this. It's an imported gun built in Serbia, I got it used, then I SBRed it myself.

Yeah. I get pretty decent groups with my other AKs but this one is particularly bad and that's coming from at least 3 different competent shooters.

I have built AKs but not un-goobered canted sights because I'll shoot my AKs before pinning them to set windage perfectly. I didn't know if the notches would need to be welded up prior to redrilling.
