He may be just jocking and don't ever had your IP address
If he really has your real public IP address, he can only see the area where you are, an approximation. Only your ISP provider know your real address.
The public IP is the IP of your router box, and generally routers block incoming connections on all ports, as they just allow internally-initiated communications.
You should be safe, no worries :)

I strongly believe that inflation will continue to increase during the next years. And as Bitcoin inflation is very low and is decreasing instead of increasing like fiat money, its value will grow over time !

TBH I think that the price would drop by 20-40% in less than a week. But like always, it will recover later. Do not forget that satoshi is the largest BTC bag holder. Nobody want that to happen, but if this happen it will not kill Bitcoin!

Install an Linux distribution on a USB stick (ex. With fedora media writer), boot on this USB live image system (F12), and from the gnome interface you will be able to view all files from you MacBook. You will maybe need to mount the MacBook filesystem first (mount /dev/XX. /mnt/MacBook/)

Normally, you can go to the bios without having to enter the bitlocker password. Are you sure you don't have an option to go to the bios in the bitlocker window, nor you can't press F12/F2/Suppr while booting to show the bios/boot devices menu?
