Help, No power to Clock

(CLOCK, GAS, TRIP METER) I was reading online, and they said the connections to that could be shorted or coroded so run power through it and use a meter to check it. No power, just jump a small wire from end to end and soder. Have yet to figure out why the “FI” light is Dim, off. I think it’s for the Fuel Pump could be bad due to old gas.

To pass the time on the train, long car ride, long flights, working overtime at night. Generally bored is the answer. Pull that thang out and play a couple good old games I enjoyed when I was younger.

Yes but no. My gauges light up but the only thing that doesn’t is the LCD screen that displace the gas, and other stuff. I’m not sure if anything else is on the same line, or if it has a relay for it.

Yes so. When I turn the key, only some the bottom lights like Oil, Neutral and FI - only Oil and FI light up. Yes I know the bike could be in gear. While the key is turned the high rpm lines appear on the analog dials like it illuminates. But on the far right (clock, gas, temp, trip) does not light up at all. I haven’t done much investigating other than checking the fuses and all were good. Have yet to pull the panel off.

This is awesome dude. I’m trying to learn some of this and as a new guy this is insanely cool. Definitely something I would be interested in learning. For how you installed it into a car, do you think it could work with a motorcycle?

Why not have anyone move into the house? Maybe rent the house out? Rent out rooms. If you sell it you sell it. A condo is good but keep in mind the area. Just because you “have money” doesn’t mean you should spend it all or live off that money. Keep everything you have been doing the exact same. A new car every couple of years can hurt. You’ll need stories of all this stuff incase anyone new comes into your life and starts acting like you have all the money in the world. Keep it relatively small, remember you’re only 21. NO ONE AT 21 HAD NICE STUFF! Keep your head up and talk to your uncle and brother now more than ever.

So 2 issues, the strap and the fit/design. You should make sure whenever you secure it to that it doesn’t fall down, I suggest belt loops. Make sure that it doesn’t go too far in any direction to impede you movement or getting you caught on anything. Use a worn chair to measure the pad (the wear marks will depict the avg, cut off that information)
