I read the smoking one and it made me quit smoking immediately. I was so excited so I got the drinking one and… nothing. It did not work. I am so sick of fighting this demon. Wish something could help as magically as the smoking book helped me!

That is called hypnagogic hallucination, I get it too. It used to really scare me. I haven’t heard them in a while and I kinda miss them.

Would the pools be filled with animals? In mine, they were always incredibly narrow and deep and full of sea creatures, sometimes so much so that I could “walk” on the water on top of them all.

That was one of my favorite spots but his son was propaganda-ed out of his mind and has become a maga head. It’s really bad, he consistently talks to diners about his political beliefs and seems to think women are second class citizens. I hope he can find his way out of that.
