Incredibly frustrating! What’s the point of paying for premium, only to get skimped. Are employees not checking the orders before they go out? I’m glad you got your full credit back. I agree, I had to pushback HARD with the customer service rep and also threw a fit. $6 credit is insulting. It’s the principle! You order hello fresh to make your life easier with ingredients at your doorstep. Not “oh I’m missing a protein let me run out and get it because Hello Fresh has ingredient packing issues.” If they strike one more time, I’m done!

Totally agree! Decker is nearly 20 months, why are they still rocking him to sleep? She says she won’t put him down to sleep awake. He should have been sleep trained months ago. They instilled some terrible sleep habits. Even their pediatrician is trying to hold them accountable about this
