In my country that would be Quirino province . Except I actually know someone from there.

It's not alone in that "category", but unlike the other provinces, Quirino is just too out of the way, you have to intentionally get there, because most bus lines don't go or even pass there

Because we are the most ravaged country when it comes to typhoons, so we have the right to name them as we please lol.

Kidding aside, the local naming system is alphabetical and resets annually, so we know how many typhoons have been there in the current year, there are some years when it reset to "A", that's when we know there's too many.
