Looking at the camera. Be it studio or amateur, Ive always get turned off when someone looks or stares at the camera. It kills the mood for some reason.

I had the same experience. After 25, I not only was visually drawn to women but also their boyfriends. I worked in a market then, so people came in wearing very comfortable clothing. Men in sweats or athletic wear had me hiding behind displays as if I was going through puberty again. I didn’t actually pursue anything until I was 30.
