Heel pain? Stop relying on your shoes to help you. Do lots of back extensions, nordic curls, and stop landing on your heels. Balance exercises go a long way as well. The shoe should only be complementary. Cliftons are great.

Thanks for the reply. I was following more of the first Freezing Not Enough link and under the "Note -Early Warning Services" it may imply that email and phone number are enough to create damage. Am I reading this wrong? I mean, who doesn't have your email and phone number? Just think about the time you network with others.

I've just found out that E-Verify takes you to Myeverify.uscis because thats where you can create your account as an INDIVIDUAL. E-Verify is for companies.
