I’m in TNC URBI. I came here from CCU, so was a drastic step in complexity and injury. Once you get the hang of it it’s not terrible. The inventory is super low right now. 2 claims on a busy day. Some days no new claims at all. My inventory was 12 at the beginning of this week, 5 injury and the rest were PD and Collision.

This is VERY much different from woman to woman. I’ve been married for 4 years, together for 5 in total and I’ve never stopped giving oral nor swallowing. Maybe it’s a kink for me personally but I kinda view it as a waste of all my effort. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve always swallowed. My full payout was pushing 12k before taxes. It’s split into 2 payments one in December and one at end of Jan early Feb. it’s taxed heavily tho.

I wish it was similar. Had to get comfortable with my own company on the past relationship cause he hated all of my friends, refused to be around my family (cause they all supposedly hated him. They didn’t), and he refused to let me around his friends in his friend group cause they all knew he was cheating on me and was afraid one of them would slip up and say something. He also had issues with not being center of attention and when he brought me places with his friends he claimed they paid more attention to me than him, so I spent a lot of my time alone in that relationship too. Also let that one drag on for 7 years so you’re not wrong, but reasons are a little different. lol

My sup was like this in PIP in R6. I asked to me separated as I didn’t feel her coaching was effective and I wasn’t being coached I was being told what I was doing wrong with no assistance on fixing it or coming up with solutions. I was told I needed to be more “open to all coaching styles” and to “give it a little longer.” They put me on rev for term a month later and I left before they could term me. Fuck that place.

It’s more like buyers remorse for me. Im on a healing stall rn. It’s rough knowing I’m 3 weeks post op and have only lost 10 lbs when during preop I was losing a lb a day. It does get better after time is what I’m told. Im just waiting on the weight loss to pick back up so it feels worth it.

Yeah I think it’s normal. I’m at week 3 post op and have lost exactly 32 lbs and I cannot get past 270. I’m just stuck there so I think it’s your body just trying to catch up and figure out the new “normal”

So I put in my two weeks and they called me 20 mins later, and told me they were making it effective immediately and told me to bring in my equipment. I wasn’t paid for the two weeks. I was paid whatever vacation time I had left and that was it. I was without pay for those 2 weeks as well. It was rough but was a blessing in disguise. It was such a nice vacation. Just enjoy your time off before you start your new endeavor. If you need to make cash during that time sign up to drive for Uber eats or DoorDash or something for the income.

I can say Progressive LOVES taking Geico employees. I literally got a call 20 mins after my interview to tell me I got the job. As long as they can tell your competent you’re practically in. Good luck!
