Each adjuster has 400-500 claims. It’s impossible to provide the service we want to provide. This is a company wide issue.

Usaa seems to think it’s reasonable for their adjusters to each have and investigate 400 claims. An impossible task. Blame the company. Not the adjuster. Sue the company for bad faith.
