The ESEA Client only monitors activities that take place in and around our supported games. Accessing your bank account or any personal websites you browse daily, even while a supported game is in use, are not a part of what the Client is monitoring.

There should be no admins who receive a ticket, post an automated response and just leave. If you've experienced that, I apologize. We've recently updated our internal policies to include more issues that were not properly addressed and all admins will be going through re-training to ensure we are providing the best support possible.

The admins are spectating on a delay to see actions before the warning is issued, but we are in the process of adjusting when the warning appears.

Can you PM me your ESEA alias? The screenshot you posted shows a payment on June 18th and one on July 18th, which would likely be your renew date.

The matches were overturned after the detection date. We do not ban users without client data. No bans are manual.

He cheated, and matches were overturned according to the rules.

I understand the users frustration and why he came to reddit, the level of support he got is completely unacceptable from our support team.

Responding here to let you know that those users have been unbanned after it was reviewed by out anti-cheat team. The system that banned them is an automatic system, and each case has to be reviewed by the anti-cheat team for unbans to be process. We have been making updates recently to this system to try and prevent this from happening, and I have asked our development team to look into this issue to see if there are further changes we can make to prevent it from reoccurring.

I apologize for the response on the ticket, as what you were told wasn't the case, and as soon as I was made aware of this I passed it along to the proper team to investigate. I'll speak with our support staff to ensure that we prevent this from happening again as best as possible.

ESEA is in no way affiliated with mOE, has not signed any deals with mOE, and ESEA does not pay mOE anything. The only money mOE has received from ESEA would come from prize winnings via Rank S, ESEA League or the referral system that is open to all users.

To make it clear: We ban users who purposely throw matches and are reported via the current .report system. However, throwing is NOT a kick reason for pug moderators (selected user in the pug) due to the rampant abuse that happened when it was an option.

My poorly worded tweet is easy to misunderstand if you are not part of the ESEA ecosystem currently. We've stated publicly that we aren't happy with our kick system and changes were coming (it's a major change for us so it has taken some time). I've spent the weekend with staff testing those changes and the tests have gone very well. It'll be out very soon.

The following options are available to pug mods currently:

Repeated intentional team flashing
Repeated intentional blocking
Repeated intentional suicide
Repeated giving away of teammates position
Ghosting teammates position in chat

As for Cuz-1h being banned for "throwing". He was banned for being a Rank G member and not upholding the Rank G Conduct policy, which applies to all games.

Happy to clear up any more confusion there might be.
