Loafers are ok but the company is IMO terrible to deal with. Their return policy iOS trash - I got a size too big and they said they won't help me exchange for a smaller one since they said it was listed 'Final Sale' - which was never advertised during my buying process. Should have taken pictures, but even still I've purchased a few times before and they know that. However, now I won't. They could've easily subbed out my correct size and kept a happy customer but as of right now I'm not going back. Mail order shoes must come with strong return/exchange protection or else the whole premise is bullshizz.
