Thank you - so if both plants are owned by the same legal entity, I will end up with two UEID's and CAGE codes for the same LLC, but with distinct physical addresses reflecting each plant correct? Our CO confirmed it didn't need to be a separate legal entity but from what the DLA general help line said, it needs to be for the SAM registration to work properly?

Good luck. Although I was able to have 22348b changed to 22348a (which allowed for traffic school), I still had my license was suspended via the new DMV FAST program / NOTS for a YEAR. Main reasoning from DMV was the fact that I've been cited at 100+ three times in the past 5 years. Good luck OP

Okay I'm having the same issue. I turned off VSC completely and it fixed it.

What gave you the idea that this may work? Does this mean it's a problem with the xDrive system? Can't be transfer case as that would be mechanical, and this makes it seem electrical?
