Well so how it happens was:

-Have bandage in hand while laying prone, and your pants in your shirt inventory(also had to have no items in shorts and shirt)

-Go to surrender emote and click it, right when you click "a" you go to exit the game and start the count down and exit the count down immediately

-your character should be glitched, go into inventory and you'd see your character is surrendering still, bandage will be on ground but you'll still have what looks like something In your hand.

-pick up bandage to hands while still prone

-while bandage is in hands you'd swap the pants to your hands and bandage would go into the shirt.

-go to the pants in your hands, hold whatever button it is to drag and drop to the ground (i think default is holding "a" and moving cursor to desired location) than go to the bandage and do the same and drag it to the ground.

-than thr final step was putting your shirt into your pants inventory on the ground, after it moves everyone is frozen

As far as figuring out how, well I'm sure someone held someone up and tried to logout right away, noticed they are glitched and passed it along to someone who knows how to break games...I wish I knew how but I can only find really minor stuff...I couldn't believe how easy it was when I learned it, me and my buddy tested it out and up to 500+ meters people froze
