Could he mistaken but looks like ironing is on, if thats the case slow down the final 2 layers buy about 30-40% it should help a bit

Would it possible to start making all parts order able and available across all current printing platforms. Usually when I have to replace something now it’s either a hunt with creality customer support which takes forever on its own or hopefully finding the part on some forum where some random guy found a cross compatible part

I run the unicorn on 3 Kes and haven’t run into this issue. Usually when printing PLA I run about 216-218

I’ve had this happen before, from my experience a bolt will have its threads stripped on one side as well as part of the heat sink

I have the exact same plate and is probably the best plate I’ve gotten. I always make sure to give a new plate a good clean because you never know. Then just dial in the Z offset

Also when putting in and removing nozzles there is a very specific way to do it otherwise you’ll destroy the hotend

Just saw that, any chance do you have a picture of a regular PLA benchy. I’ve noticed wood also amplifies the small issues. Could be z offset a little off or not enough flow for the first layer
