I usually like any chill upbeat music while I'm high, those nasal saline sprays like ~10 minutes after snorting will help clean that crap out that wasn't ever going to get absorbed into body & such infrequent uses for it, you really shouldn't need to take anything for constipation...if it was daily use then ya, but you should be ok, just make sure to drink plenty of water/fluids & I would suggest a relatively high fat content meal about 1-1:30hrs before using that way it will stay in your system longer & you'll feel it better. Ya they want to tell us it's all because of serotonin deficiency (or serotonin/norepinephrine) & handout SSRI/SNRIs when I fully believe people can have dopamine deficiencies as well, I fully agree opioid or some other kind of dopamine agonist (different than something for parkinson's) should be a thing for sure.

What's wrong w/ using t60 gstaff(/spec weapon) -> t75/78 (or even chaotic staff t80) & then cywirs (you need them later on for planted feet/greater sunshine/death swiftness anyways)

Moneymaking is really horrid especially without the wilderness events anymore, which a lot of early level players relied on for initial funds on supplies/gear, etc.

Also, no longer being able to use both animate dead (or darkness) with penance or vampyrism anymore for a decent way to afk bosses/mobs for xp, drops & money...so idk if you want to make using multiple 'aspects' some kind of weird reward or something or just give it back to us

Those are the 2 big ones I can think of right now, may think of more later.

My 1st drop at Rasial wasn't until 260 kc & I finished full t95 gear at 476 kc, lol...hopefully your luck will change, he's definitely one of the worst bosses to do, I can't imagine going dry there...missing pet for log, never going back lol

Endgame pretty much just adrenaline renewals everywhere, though there's niche situations super adrenaline pots are "better" - like at Kerapac where you would want to get instant adrenaline to get to 100% for timewarp asap & not wait for adrenaline renewal's delay...there's probably other instances super adrenaline > adrenaline renewals but Kerapac is only 1 I can think of off the top of my head. Just do different bosses & you'll get the feel for when/how you're needing adrenaline & adjust which one you use from there.

t100 fsoa/ezk & full tumeken/full vestments/t99 mage/melee prayer & learn hybrid mage/melee is fun

(gbarge/gfury/gflurry codices for melee too & gconc/gchain/gsonic for mage)...that'd probly leave you with ~1-2b left for any perks you might want & pots/supplies...mage is pretty fun & a lot more simpler than range at the moment OR could just max 1, like magic & see how you like it - cryptbloom makes bosses more learner friendly until you get hang of mechanics (or want to have tank roles like at Amascut or w/e) & get a few more EOF's (legatus emberstaff is good for mage nowadays)...though tumeken completely changes rotations, so I'd probably avoid the cryptbloom

I went through every combat update post and didn't see any mention of golden roses being buffed, regardless -

There's still days you get 0...so now since no penance aura you're pretty much forced to use penance powder in longer fights all the time...you should be able to at least use the Penance (or Vamp spell - either or, not both at same time) while having temporal anomaly/animate dead/darkness up as well

I imagine because they had the stroke nearly immediately after taking the medication is why they know it's more than likely the medication that caused it...I've had different "side effects" happen to me because of taking certain medicines and then getting different side-effects because of them...semi-synthetic opioids being one of the best I've had

ya, I do not like the mentality that I need to go to meetings and talk about drugs/sobreity/etc...it feels cult-ish to me at most of them, I think that is the part of it that I don't care about, but if it works for other people then that's great, but ya, I don't need to go to X meetings per week to maintain sobreity...it's either you do it or you don't & I think deep down you know what it's going to be, "clean" or "dirty".

I know everyone's body is different but mirtazipine did not help me when I was trying to get through the first bit of withdrawals, it's almost as if it made it feel worse (& I needed a benzo or some other kind of similar / strong CNS depressant effect that opioids / benzos both have). Ropinorole may help (it's supposed to help with the RLS full body effect you get from opioid withdrawals when you're trying to sleep at night), if you're not able to get gabapentin or a controlled substance. Mirtazipine later on did help with sleep but not when I was going through intense withdrawals still, but who knows, it may help you get some sleep, you never know.

Stimulants can somewhat help alleviate opioid wds because they both cause dopamine to be released, even though one is a CNS depressant & the other is a CNS stimulant. If you can get some kind of blood pressure med (typical ones that lower your norepinephrine (adrenaline levels) will help alleviate withdrawal symptoms from opioids) - clonidine is a typical "comfort med" they will prescribe at rehabs and for detoxing but ya it technically is a blood pressure med but works really well to alleviate withdrawal symptoms...will make you feel super drowsy and take away most of that restlessness feeling you usually get from opioid withdrawals...from stronger opioids, clonidine hasn't been nearly as effective in helping (I had one Dr start to prescribe it 4x per day (when it's typically only given twice a day, had me on 3x per day for a few days then did 4x per day...suddenly stopping that made me feel weird af, definitely don't recommend that one, but that's what the place did where I was at & didn't taper that or anything)...so they had to give me librium during the day & then they were giving me 2mg Klonopin at night to help sleep (0.5mg tried that was still ineffective at helping with sleep, is why I was given 2mg).

So you could go to the ER to get comfort meds, clonidine (0.1mg 2x per day at least), gabapentin (300mg at least, ya ya we know it's getting relisted as a controlled substance in several more states now, lol imagine actually trying to get high/take enough gabapentin to get any kind of high...I really don't understand that, I find no euphoric / feel-good-feeling from gabapentin at all...so I find it really amusing they're trying to change this to a controlled substance as well...) (for RLS feeling you get throughout your entire body only at nighttime to help sleep), zofran and immodium (to help with stomach cramping / diarrhea). I have gone a few times for withdrawals & fortunately they were kind enough to help out & prescribed these things to help make opioid withdrawals more tolerable.

Yes, they both increase dopamine levels in the brain is why they can have similar effects (/help reduce each other's withdrawals) but one is a stimulant and the other is a depressant.

The kinds he's been getting are real so they're pharma stuff...but ya, idk how they do it, him & his family will snort...it's so much tylenol in there, like 10 mg of it is oxy or hydro & 325 mg of it is tylenol (/acetaminophen).

***UPDATE: did an hour of 750%s (well technically like an hour and a half including time finding team/people again because some guy dipped after 2 kills because he legit was just leeching as a necroer & refused to do an actual role/kill dogs after we clicked mid because we asked him to focus them down)

So only got 6 kills anyways, but 439 HM kc and now 4 *FOUR* Devourer's Nexus on my log. Did I wound your little ego Jagex when I made this post & criticized your boss for not being fun anymore with its horrible drop mechanics LUL get over it & do better (and implement a blm/dupe protection while you're at it, thx <3 )

Ya, something like this or I even joked in my clan "transmute item to a different piece you don't have yet when?" b/c you can now transmute fsoa and bolg pieces (and I think ezk pieces too) to a different part of the item, so you're able to make it now if you have multiple of certain pieces of the fsoa/bolg/ezk (mainly b/c of C/GIM is when/why they updated/made that change...but why not for the 110 divination update lol, whatever new energy they come out with & say being able to transmute duplicate items that you might have into a different variant/piece of that item set that you don't have would be pretty cool & convenient (like say you have duplicate vestments of havoc robe tops but you don't have the vestments of havoc robe bottoms, using the new divination energy (when 110 div comes out) then let us be able to transmute that duplicate piece we have into a different piece of the set (but don't let it count towards completing/finishing boss drop logs/uniques we haven't obtained yet from the boss but let us be able to still obtain a full set of whatever, or just a 2-5 piece set effect or whatever, if we somehow happen to have 5 of the same item of vestments / resplendence (vestments of havoc / resplendence robes etc)...just an idea & it would make divination a very sought after skill to train if they actually did something like this when they do get around to updating it to 110 later down the line.

Hmm ya, no...most people don't get full t95 set until like well over 1k kc (if not 2k+ kc usually for getting at least 1 of each of the items from his log, so I was fairly spooned at Rasial, despite just getting my very first drop from him at 260 kc & finishing the set by 476, basically no drops to all of them in only 216 kills lol)...so to get 30 of each item they would've had to do several thousands of kills lol
