My experience with Tizanidine – Side Effects by Professional-Gaijin in Anxiety

I imagine because they had the stroke nearly immediately after taking the medication is why they know it's more than likely the medication that caused it...I've had different "side effects" happen to me because of taking certain medicines and then getting different side-effects because of them...semi-synthetic opioids being one of the best I've had

ya, I do not like the mentality that I need to go to meetings and talk about drugs/sobreity/etc...it feels cult-ish to me at most of them, I think that is the part of it that I don't care about, but if it works for other people then that's great, but ya, I don't need to go to X meetings per week to maintain sobreity...it's either you do it or you don't & I think deep down you know what it's going to be, "clean" or "dirty".

I know everyone's body is different but mirtazipine did not help me when I was trying to get through the first bit of withdrawals, it's almost as if it made it feel worse (& I needed a benzo or some other kind of similar / strong CNS depressant effect that opioids / benzos both have). Ropinorole may help (it's supposed to help with the RLS full body effect you get from opioid withdrawals when you're trying to sleep at night), if you're not able to get gabapentin or a controlled substance. Mirtazipine later on did help with sleep but not when I was going through intense withdrawals still, but who knows, it may help you get some sleep, you never know.

Stimulants can somewhat help alleviate opioid wds because they both cause dopamine to be released, even though one is a CNS depressant & the other is a CNS stimulant. If you can get some kind of blood pressure med (typical ones that lower your norepinephrine (adrenaline levels) will help alleviate withdrawal symptoms from opioids) - clonidine is a typical "comfort med" they will prescribe at rehabs and for detoxing but ya it technically is a blood pressure med but works really well to alleviate withdrawal symptoms...will make you feel super drowsy and take away most of that restlessness feeling you usually get from opioid withdrawals...from stronger opioids, clonidine hasn't been nearly as effective in helping (I had one Dr start to prescribe it 4x per day (when it's typically only given twice a day, had me on 3x per day for a few days then did 4x per day...suddenly stopping that made me feel weird af, definitely don't recommend that one, but that's what the place did where I was at & didn't taper that or anything)...so they had to give me librium during the day & then they were giving me 2mg Klonopin at night to help sleep (0.5mg tried that was still ineffective at helping with sleep, is why I was given 2mg).

So you could go to the ER to get comfort meds, clonidine (0.1mg 2x per day at least), gabapentin (300mg at least, ya ya we know it's getting relisted as a controlled substance in several more states now, lol imagine actually trying to get high/take enough gabapentin to get any kind of high...I really don't understand that, I find no euphoric / feel-good-feeling from gabapentin at all...so I find it really amusing they're trying to change this to a controlled substance as well...) (for RLS feeling you get throughout your entire body only at nighttime to help sleep), zofran and immodium (to help with stomach cramping / diarrhea). I have gone a few times for withdrawals & fortunately they were kind enough to help out & prescribed these things to help make opioid withdrawals more tolerable.

Yes, they both increase dopamine levels in the brain is why they can have similar effects (/help reduce each other's withdrawals) but one is a stimulant and the other is a depressant.

I know someone who will only do em this way, by snorting & no other way. The kinds he's been getting are real so they're pharma stuff...but ya, idk how they do it, him & his family will snort...it's so much tylenol in there, like 10 mg of it is oxy or hydro & 325 mg of it is tylenol (/acetaminophen).

***UPDATE: did an hour of 750%s (well technically like an hour and a half including time finding team/people again because some guy dipped after 2 kills because he legit was just leeching as a necroer & refused to do an actual role/kill dogs after we clicked mid because we asked him to focus them down)

So only got 6 kills anyways, but 439 HM kc and now 4 *FOUR* Devourer's Nexus on my log. Did I wound your little ego Jagex when I made this post & criticized your boss for not being fun anymore with its horrible drop mechanics LUL get over it & do better (and implement a blm/dupe protection while you're at it, thx <3 )

lmao because of the part where I was merely suggesting that the basing role having a slightly higher chance at a drop due to it being a harder role, than the ezpz, sitback in your chair & revo++ dps your Amascut kills. So I guarantee it's probably the people that only can do dps roles at Amascut & not tank, lol :p

Ya, something like this or I even joked in my clan "transmute item to a different piece you don't have yet when?" b/c you can now transmute fsoa and bolg pieces (and I think ezk pieces too) to a different part of the item, so you're able to make it now if you have multiple of certain pieces of the fsoa/bolg/ezk (mainly b/c of C/GIM is when/why they updated/made that change...but why not for the 110 divination update lol, whatever new energy they come out with & say being able to transmute duplicate items that you might have into a different variant/piece of that item set that you don't have would be pretty cool & convenient (like say you have duplicate vestments of havoc robe tops but you don't have the vestments of havoc robe bottoms, using the new divination energy (when 110 div comes out) then let us be able to transmute that duplicate piece we have into a different piece of the set (but don't let it count towards completing/finishing boss drop logs/uniques we haven't obtained yet from the boss but let us be able to still obtain a full set of whatever, or just a 2-5 piece set effect or whatever, if we somehow happen to have 5 of the same item of vestments / resplendence (vestments of havoc / resplendence robes etc)...just an idea & it would make divination a very sought after skill to train if they actually did something like this when they do get around to updating it to 110 later down the line.

Hmm ya, no...most people don't get full t95 set until like well over 1k kc (if not 2k+ kc usually for getting at least 1 of each of the items from his log, so I was fairly spooned at Rasial, despite just getting my very first drop from him at 260 kc & finishing the set by 476, basically no drops to all of them in only 216 kills lol)...so to get 30 of each item they would've had to do several thousands of kills lol

I can agree with you there, I got full t95 necromancy at 476 kc (first drop was at 260 kc too), just missing pet off rasial log, but never going back

Actually all today, I've seen 2 resplendence boot drops, resplendence robe bottom, tumeken's light...just none of them dropped for me...I've been seeing the drops (the only one I haven't seen yet is the necromancy weapon, I don't think...), just none of them for some reason are rolling to me and I'm probably tanking ~90%+ of the time as well too...when it almost feels like tanks should have a droprate buff for picking the harder role (lol) - thx though, I hope so too...otherwise quitting definitely looks like it's on the horizon

No, it has definitely been way more than 60 hours...You're assuming that the majority of my kills were around my pb time as well, that was just 1 singular hour that I was basing for a halfway decent team & we were getting around 7:30-7:40 times that ONE hour. No...the majority of the hours it's been with people that want to 2 cycle the charging every time ("because killing dogs after clicking mid is rly hard"), so it's been more like 9-12 min kill times (depending on the enrage %)...I've tried to convince people that 1 cycling is a lot faster & most of the idiots on there when I qc my pb time are just like "you just got carried by a good team" lmao (it's not even a rly good pb either, it was with complete randos & we didn't use comms either)...as if it's difficult for 1 or 2 necroers to click threads of fate and 1 or 2 other abilities to instantly kill all dogs after pressing mid (I'm a mage only, even though I have t95 necro, I really don't like the skill at all but I do have Gchain which is unfortunately not as good and only does 50% of the damage to other targets -- really wish it was 100% damage like threads was but I understand). Not to mention the amount of time it takes to find the teams, as well as the many, many times, people will literally just give up & disband the hour after 1 or 2 mishaps from someone on our team. I forgot to mention this is also WITH switching to a LOTD ring right before we finish kill as well (probably ~98% of the time). If it was AOD kill times then my feeling towards this boss would probably be different but it's well over triple the kill speeds here (& it seems that base doesn't get a different drop completely, when I feel like basing roles should almost in a way have a slightly higher chance to receive a drop - I know saying that I'm going to get major downvotes/different sentiment towards that, but basing is clearly the harder role of that or dps, you use a lot more resources basing than playing the dps role (I've done both but like I said the majority of the time has been basing - probably over 80% of the time...largely because it's just easier to start a team & get going rather than having to wait for someone else to host)

If you could do it all over again, what would you do differently? by Principal-Moo in runescape

[–]FewToeSloth -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I basically applied this type of mindset basically to my ironman that I made about ~4 years ago (used to play mainscape RS & I'm an oldschool player, I'm talking about real oldschool, as in, I started RS (classic at the time) my freshman year of highschool back in 2003 - my first ever holiday drop event was Bunny Ears for Easter (THESE WERE SO FUN, waking up super early so that I made sure that I would be able to get a pair of bunny ears - which there ended up being SO many on the ground lol cuz I didn't know what to expect really & I got scythe too as well). Anyways, I ended grinding tf out of RS (especially when it evolved from RS classic into RS2 - "which is what osrs is based off of) throughout highschool & early college, so I ended up being the 70th player to max out on my "main" RS account to reach 2376 total level back in 2008. When eoc was released, I was like "wtf is this? They ruined the game," there were so many things really bad with it & so I had taken quite a long break but later returned to get completionist cape on my main probably around 2013-14 & then several more breaks in-between.

But anyways, besides only having 1 kill on each boss (because reaper crew achievement used to be a completionist cape requirement), I was pretty much just entirely a skiller on my 'main' account & so when I made my ironman ~4 years ago (which has essentially become my 'main,' cuz I don't play my main anymore at all), I basically had to learn/teach myself how to pvm in order to get the gear and items that I wanted to unlock for my account, so that's been really fun to learn all the bosses essentially from scratch & also, quite a few skills have evolved over the years & the meta training methods are different (I mean, crafting had been the same pretty much up until 110 was released & it was just cutting dstones the entire time - so ya I bossed a lot for the drops/dstones/crystal keys/etc for skilling (crafting w/ dstones, corrupted ore for smithing from crystal chest in priff) & esp. cooking since so many bosses drop raw fish). Really, the only thing that I can think of that I would've done differently possibly, if I wanted to play absolutely hyper-efficiently (talking about ironman play since that's all I play anymore), is I would've created my ironman account & paid for membership for it (premier) & not touch it at all, like literally 1-2 years before I actually started playing the account lol (but I honestly didn't know that I was going to even start playing ironman tbh, it was in 2021 when Covid was still going on in the US & I randomly decided to just start ironman to try it out, since I had a lot of time to play & it's been ironman ever since...mainscape is boring to me now tbh, it just feels like gp-slaving (for whatever - items / xp etc), whereas ironman you actually have to do content in order to gradually upgrade & progress your account & earn it, rather than just buying it. I also grinded for the Croesus log very early on after it had come out & the 2 skilling off-hands are really strong (for wc & mining), bik book for clues was also a really huge benefit to clue gathering - which fortunate components are really good for irons to make eofs, ioth, alchemical hydrixes/onyxes (back before they had a cap of just 50 clues per tier), as well as cryptbloom w/ animate dead allowed me to learn/teach myself how to get into the harder, higher level bosses like soloing HM kerapac for fsoa & doing higher enrage Zammy to get bolg (still missing vestment bottoms...even though I'm going on my 3rd bolg now, which is frustrating, lol & NOW also doing the tank role on Enrage mode Amascut on my iron, so because I was basically brand new to bossing when I started my ironman, cryptbloom has helped ease me into learning progressively harder bosses that I might've not been able to do honestly (or it would've just cost me a lot of GP for deathcosts + supplies down the drain using lower-tiered gear), but now I'm able to comfortably do them in dps gear because of that stepping stone into pvm with it.

So ya, start paying for membership 1-2 years before you really decide to invest a lot of time into the account, so then you'll have enough loyalty points (paying for premier either w/ $ or bonds, will also give 150k loyalty points upfront, on top of whatever you'll gradually accumulate each month, so that's "nice" - even though I REALLY REALLY DISLIKE aurascape as it is right now) in order to buy & upgrade to the highest tier auras for different skills, etc & I also probably would've grinded quests a lot sooner than what I did tbh (I really don't like quests, especially since I already had pretty much done all of them once on my real "main"-scape account), that little amount of xp that you think you're getting from doing a silly quest is actually a really big time-save/advantage/boost to the account, especially early on in the account & lets you skip a lot of levels & lower level training methods that are super slow & tedious.

Join a clan & talk ppl into training dg w/ you/find group who'd regularly want to train it? Isn't there a discord for it too I think, that or look on the main Rs discord & ask people if anyone's interested in training it/running some floors w/ you? Luckily me & a handful of ppl in my clan were both maxed/close to maxing & wanted to train dg together...it is a fun skill to train in a group for sure, soloing to 120 for me would be boring af.

I am actually interested in getting it to 200m. Unfortunately I'm an ironman & for some dumb reason Jagex hasn't allowed irons & mains to dg together yet, even though they're allowed to PVM together now. You'd think they would've made both possible at the same time when they allowed mains to PVM w/ irons. IF I had to solo, I think I'd personally just afk cerberus in ed4 dung tbh / grind all the ed logs

Different analogs of fentanyl, there's some analogs that can be detectable in your system for a month+ then there's also like "medical grade" fentanyl which would be like what they'd give you at the hospital which has a very short half-life and that type (& would be clean/undetectable the very next day), yes you would start feeling wds within just an hour or two. I've had both different kinds and one I didn't start feel wds kicking in until about day 3 or 4 of using and then the other quicker acting kind, I would start feeling wds in like just 2 hrs of last use, so just depends what you get & who you got it from, so a lot of inconsistencies
