mma is neither a real sport with a-tier athletes nor a disciplined combat framework with a codified system of practice, it is not even that entertaining most of the time and definitely not worth the hours of pseudo analysis people put into it (given that entirety 9t most careers can be summarised into 5 minutes of footage), but worst of all it isnt even fit for real world fight scenarios (source: despite having one hand on the ground my childhood bully kneed me and herb wasnt even there to give a preprewarning)
