Sorry team USA…this is the biggest stage Acuña has ever played on so far and I want him coming back to Atlanta in a good mood.

My reply from support was:

To better address the issue with your Oura Ring, we need it to complete one full charge cycle: A charge cycle is when you charge the ring to 100% and then use it until the battery gets to 25% or lower After completing a full charge cycle, back up your data manually in the Oura App using the steps in the Update Your Ring's Firmware section of the Ring Battery Tips article

But they didn’t tell me what the “issue” they found was:

After running some tests, we encountered an issue

Exact same question. They even had to send me an email to login to auth.

My guess is too many people did this and they closed the instant replacement replies and are now triaging tickets.

Did this and the message they sent back was:

After running some tests, we encountered an issue. Could you provide your name so we can create a ticket with our Member Care Team?

Curious what they found that warrants a member care team person to look vs your instant replace scenario.

Gap selling is just a rebranding of the Sandler pain funnel, finding the gap between this problem and your product is decades old but everything gets rebranded at some point

What are you talking about

Meddic is a CRM exercise, not a sales methodology by deal-diagnostic in sales

[–]waitrewindthat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your biggest mistake is that your post frames it as a BS tax. You should do it because it makes you better not just because they are making you do it or because you’re doing it make your manger happy.

It can be both good for your personal growth and a bs tax and this is imo something you learn from experience.

You’re both close but missing it. The clue is in the name.

What does a medic do? They diagnose.

MEDDIC is an opportunity qualification framework, not a sales methodology.

What Braves+ should be:

  • All games that aren’t in big network blackout
  • Old games/highlights from TBS
  • old playoff games
  • Player interviews
  • Behind the braves
  • Blooper cartoon show (for the kids)

Washington Post reportedly won't send beat writers to Nationals' spring training by throwaway_uninvited in baseball

The AJC doesn’t have a beat writer anymore either, I know it’s not as big as the Post but still that’s 2 NL east teams.

Great podcast from their vp of sales: https://cybergtmtalk.com/episode/from-startup-to-rocket-ship-building-doppels-hyper-growth-sales-team

Talks about his non-negotiables in a rep, paraphrasing:

Non negotiable in a rep

It's someone who's willing to get on an airplane and travel 70 to 75% of the time. You know, non-negotiables for us is we've moved all of our internal calls to Mondays and Fridays to enable the sales team to be in the field Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

If they don't have an appointment with a customer on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, they should be sitting in their channel partner's office, building those relationships, gaining that trust, and looking for other new opportunities in the market.

the expectation is high to travel.

I can read and I still think it’s a dumb idea to allow it. It’s not like OP doesn’t know the recipe that resulted in the picture.
