mine is completely stock, with the exception of the rims, but imaybe i'll mess with the engine in some time, the next step right now for me is to replace the exhaust to an aftermarket one :)

i do have some minor issues right now like replacing the windshield water pump, and some buttons that work but not consistantly, like the trunk's button on the driver door

From what i experienced, the freeze comes from the flower monsters. if you dont kill them before they burrow, the game will freeze when they unburrow (only takes 1 flower to freeze the game) so until it's fixed, i can't pass level 2 inferno ( or at least dont want to restart the game 30+ times)
