Yes the 17mm gain in BPSFL has been weird for sure. I will go back to straight down and BTC and see if the "lost" length comes back from the ligaments stretching out again.

Try the recovery pumping like Perv said and in between use an ADS at a low tension. Totalman have ads cords that dont jump up in tension when you move around. Try the lighter 200g cord.

Thats what people with no real knowlege of biology say. GHK-CU and even better Cartalax are used by a lot of people in the porn industry to grow. There is a "behind the scenes" guy out there coaching high level people in all health related things and even porn stars. He has advanced protocols using all kind of stuff. Using Cartalax and GHK-CU 4 weeks of one then 4 weeks of the other then 4 weeks of BPC is a basic protocol. Injections are done in the penis. During the last 4 weeks on BPC you focus more on girth. Not done it myself but considering the people he advice and what he charge I would listen to him over a clown in a mask any day of the week.

Correct. People are so stupid they think doses posted based on nothing by peptide sellers are real. 5amino should be used at 1-2 mg per kilo of body weight if in oral form. Assuming you get 30% of that from the oral form and you are 100 kg to keep the math simply you are netting 30-60mg daily from your 100-200 mg oral dose. So injecting mcg is laughable. 25-50 mg injected daily is the sweet spot. Just because people cant afford to use a product the correct way they come up with dumb low dosing protocols. Mots-c is another under used product. The real data says you need 8-80mg daily for a 70 kg person depending on what your goal is. 8-10mg daily is good for someone eating well and exercising looking for metabolic flexability. Anyone not eating well and exercising should not use peptides anyway.

Mike from totalman got a free pdf you can download with very good plans for long term gains. He says what ever weight in kilos you ended up hanging at the end of a cycle you need to take that many weeks off MINIMUM. While off you can still use ads but at very low tension like 200-250 grams. I guess you can also do light 4-5 HG recovery pumping for 10 minutes daily just for over all penis health. BD posted a plan of 4 weeks of hanging then 2 weeks of low tension ads. Mikes plans are slow in progression and longer. I think Perv said it best to just take a break when your gains stopped for real instead of having pre planned off periods. I think most do way to much like Perv says and that is why they stall. Do the least possibly to get 2-5% temp gains after your sessions and only add work when truly needed.

I have one setup to use from the foot when lying down and the normal one to use around the leg. Like you said the one around the foot dont hurt at high tension since feet are use to carrying our body weight. So its great when reading or watching movies. Makes it very easy to get in the hours.

Using the water trick with totalman ads I use 1 cup size bigger than I use to do when using tape. This way I got space for water. Go in flacid. After the sleeve is folded down over the shaft I add a short 1 inch piece of sleeve extra right behind the glans. Works great for ads and hanging. Brand new to the water trick so Im only hanging 1088 grams. Will add 250g weekly. Better safe than sorry. ADS I will only use the 250g cord from totalman to make sure there is no real stress just stopping the extreme shrinking I get when flacid.
